Concierge Director of First Impressions 

LivGenerations is seeking a Concierge to coordinate front-desk activities at one of our luxury resort style communities. When you’re a Concierge, you provide world class customer service and administrative support to the community. You have a passion for helping others and you have an ability to connect and relate with a wide variety of people while taking on multiple tasks.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 8pm

Pay: $12 to $14/HR

  •  Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel or department. Answer general questions about the Community and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Maintain an outgoing, friendly, professional appearance and attitude always.
  • Welcome all on-site family members and visitors including vendors, clients and job candidates. Determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform administrative support functions to meet the needs of the Community and assist other departments as needed including Marketing, Dining Services, Activities, etc.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned



  • Excellent customer service skills, commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Sufficient fluency in spoken and/or written English
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends
  • Pass post offer TB test
  • Hold or be eligible for a Fingerprint Card, First Aid and CPR if requested
