The Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the Liv Communities team who will be responsible for assisting the TA and HR Operations team with recruitment and partnering with hiring managers through the new hire onboarding process to ensure an uncommonly positive experience for all new Liv Communities team members.  In addition, this position will be responsible to manage the offboarding process.

Workforce Planning and Employment

  • Assists TA Team with recruitment activities as assigned. Duties may include pre-screening candidates to ensure they meet position qualifications, assisting with the completion of iForms, scheduling interviews, sending interview confirmations, and setting up Text Recruit drip campaigns.
  • Assists with onsite hiring events by managing the candidate flow during the event and taking the lead on processing pre-hire documentation.
  • Manages the HRHiring and recruiting email box daily to ensure all messages are answered and all pre-hire candidates that have been submitted are processed accurately and timely.  
  • Completes necessary portions of the onboarding process such as reviewing pre-hire documents, running criminal background checks and sending related reports, launching pre-hire candidates into the HRIS system, assisting pre-hire candidates with onboarding and supporting onboarding owners with any issues.
  • Processes hires in the HRIS system after their file has been sent through for final processing by the onboarding owner.
  • Manages the offboarding process using our HRIS system.
  • Provides back-up support for the change process, using our HRIS system.
  • Assists with social media efforts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Confirms all pre-hire provisioning requests have been completed prior to the start date for all Home Office new hires (i.e., email accounts, hardware, workstation, welcome announcements, etc.).
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.).


Organizational and Employee Development

  • Initiates LMS enrollment, troubleshooting with team members as needed, and closing out access at the time of team member separation.
  • Works closely with TA Team to manage the referral bonus process.
  • Takes and maintains minutes for various meetings, including the monthly HR Team Meeting with our senior living leadership.


Job Qualifications/Competencies:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administration a plus.
  • Marketing and social media experience a plus.
  • Direct or related HRIS and iCIMS experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Additional Job Expectations:

  • Regular travel to various communities in the specified region required.
  • Occasional travel out of the region.
