Of course, work wouldn’t be work without some responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for performing housekeeping activities in accordance with current standards and community guidelines. You’ll work with the Executive Director and/or the Director of Maintenance, to assure that our community and residents apartments are maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable matter. Cleans scheduled suites and assist in helping other co-workers in other suites when able, including:
Daily refresh of suites to include:
Weekly cleaning of suites to include:
Clean, sanitize and restock supplies in public restrooms (hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue). Do not stack back-up supplies or partial rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms
Cleans common areas as assigned to include:
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director of Plant Operations and, Executive Director
Assist with resident transfer or evacuation during emergency situations and under the coordination of the Director on Duty or other persons in charge as well as unlocking when clear
