Schedule:  FT/PT, Must be available to work one weekend day

You will help with planning activities and parties while, most importantly, maintaining their fun & vibrant lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing and implementing creative and purposeful programs and events to meet the individual needs and interests of the residents within the community with large and small group programs as well as providing one-to-one programming for residents who cannot participate in a group setting
  • Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from events outside of the community, which may include driving a community motor vehicle
  • Participating in outside trips and events while ensuring resident safety and well-being
  • Participating in the review of individual residents’ service plans and regularly documents resident program progress
  • Ensuring the community environment (including equipment and supplies) supports a safe and engaged culture of wellness
  • Actively supporting and contributing to the community through execution of responsibilities and assignments

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sufficient fluency in spoken and/or written English to safely and effectively perform the functions of your job and to understand job assignments, instructions, policies, rules, and safety-related information
  • One year of experience preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Pass post offer TB test
  • Hold or be eligible for a Fingerprint Card, First Aid and CPR if requested.
  • Current valid driver license
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age
