Primary Purpose of Position:

Under direct supervision of the Executive Director, the LivGenerations Business Office Director will lead business office operations and act as a contact for all team members, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies and the public.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain team member records and resident business files.
  • Process payroll timely and accurately.
  • Partner with leadership team as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc labor reports to Executive Director.
  • Maintain monthly reports on training, certification due dates, performance reviews and onboarding.
  • Handle resident accounts receivables
  • Work closely with Accounting in proper coding and invoicing protocol to ensure all invoices are processed properly and timely with the approval of the Executive Director.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper documentation of received payments and deposits by utilizing the accounting system.
  • Support the leadership in creating an engaged culture for team members, residents and families.
  • Prioritize large and complex workload to assure completion.
  • Participate in community activities and field-related programs.
  • Attend and participate in operational meetings.
  • Ability to effectively supervise team members and to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Supervise the concierge’s team.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Two years of senior living experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences, both internal (care teams, nurses, executives, etc.) and external (families, residents, physicians, vendors, etc.)
  • Must be able to work occasional weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to work independently with self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications
  • Pass post offer TB test.
  • LivGenerations requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the extent permitted by law.
