Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1:30 pm - 8pm


LivGenerations is the premier luxury senior living community helping seniors in the valley live fuller lives! We are seeking a compassionate concierge to help greet residents & guests. You will help with greeting visitors, taking temperatures, and provide administrative assistance to our teams.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel or department. Answer general questions about the Community and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Maintain an outgoing, friendly, professional appearance and attitude always.
  • Welcome all on-site family members and visitors including vendors, clients and job candidates. Determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform administrative support functions to meet the needs of the Community and assist other departments as needed including Marketing, Dining Services, Activities, etc.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned


  • Excellent customer service skills, commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Sufficient fluency in spoken and/or written English
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends
  • Pass post offer TB test
  • Hold or be eligible for a Fingerprint Card, First Aid and CPR if requested
  • LivGenerations requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the extent permitted by law.
